Scope of application
This series of high-voltage three-phase induction motors (3kV, 6kV, 10kV) employs advanced technologies, new materials, and innovative manufacturing processes developed in the 1990s. They are meticulously selected in terms of materials and expertly manufactured, boasting advantages such as high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, minimal vibration, light weight, reliable performance, and ease of installation and maintenance. This series of motors complies with the national standard GB755 “Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines,” the industry standard JB/T7593 (Technical Specifications for Y-Series High-Voltage Three-Phase Induction Motors—Frame Sizes 355–630), JB/T10315.1 (Technical Specifications for YKS, YKS-W, and YQF Series High-Voltage Three-Phase Induction Motors—Frame Sizes 355–630), JB/T10315.2 (Technical Specifications for YKK and YKK-W Series High-Voltage Three-Phase Induction Motors—Frame Sizes 355–630), the enterprise standard (10kV—frame sizes 450–630), and the international standard IEC 60034.
This series of motors can be manufactured in tropical humid and hot, tropical dry and hot, outdoor, and outdoor corrosion-resistant versions, as well as for indoor applications in tropical humid and hot environments and outdoor applications in tropical dry and hot environments.
The Wood-series electric motors can be used to drive a variety of general-purpose machinery, such as compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines, conveying equipment, and other mechanical devices. They serve as prime movers in various industrial and mining enterprises, including mines, the machinery industry, the petrochemical industry, and power plants.
Model Meaning
1. Basic Parameters
1.1 Center height range: 355–630 mm
1.2 Power range: 185–3150 kW
1.3 Rated Voltage and Frequency: 6 kV (or 3 kV), 10 kV, 50 Hz (please specify other voltages and frequencies when placing your order).
1.4 Protection Level:
The Y series is rated IP23 or IP44.
YKK. The YKS series has an IP44 rating,
The YKK-W and YKS-W series are rated IP54.
1.5 Insulation Class: Class F
1.6 Operating Mode: SI (Continuous Operation Mode)
1.7 Cooling Method: The Y series uses IC01, IC11, IC21, or IC31;
YKK. The YKK-W series 2 is rated for IC616 or IC611; the 4–12 ratings are rated for IC611.
YKS. The YKS-W series features IC81W, with a 1.8 structure and mounting method: IMB3.
2. Terms of Use
2.1 Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters
2.2 The ambient air temperature varies with the seasons and generally does not exceed 40℃.
2.3 The minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃ for motors equipped with rolling bearings and 0℃ for motors equipped with sliding bearings.
2.4 The average monthly maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the average monthly minimum temperature in that same month does not exceed 25℃.
2.5 If there are special requirements for the ambient temperature or other conditions, please specify them when placing your order.
