The YEJVF series motor is one of the new products developed by our company. Its design combines the features of both the YEJ and YVF series: specifically, an extended shaft is added to the non-axial-end of the YVF series motor, where an electromagnetic brake is installed. The motor’s performance meets the technical standards of the YVF series. When used in conjunction with an electronic frequency converter, this motor can achieve stepless speed regulation within the range of 150 to 2750 r/min, complete with electromagnetic braking. At any given speed, if the power supply to the electromagnetic brake is suddenly cut off, the motor will come to a stop within a short period of time. The no-load braking time varies depending on the specific model number, ranging from approximately 0.5 to 0.45 seconds. The brake’s power supply must be synchronized with the main power supply of the YVF motor, but it must not draw power directly from the YVF motor itself. This series of motors is widely used as a driving force in various mechanical equipment requiring stepless speed control and braking, such as those found in transportation, metallurgy, textile, dyeing and printing, chemical processing, mining, construction, and other industries.
