For 1.1 kW to 90 kW, 2-pole and 4-pole motors in S1 duty cycle, the M2QA series meets the CEMEP-EU Class II efficiency standard and delivers excellent energy-saving performance.
Wide-voltage design: up to 690V and applicable to both 50Hz and 60Hz power grids.
Reliable Winding: The winding utilizes insulation materials based on the latest imported technologies, achieving Class F insulation (Class B—80K temperature rise), thereby ensuring a longer service life for the winding.
Strong corrosion resistance protection: The motor is designed with environmental corrosion resistance, ensuring a longer service life.
The bearings feature high load-carrying capacity: The use of deep-groove ball bearings significantly extends the motor’s service life. Cast-iron motors with a center height of 71–250 mm are equipped with lifelong, maintenance-free bearings, while motors ranging from 280 to 355 mm come standard with grease fittings.
Low Noise Level: By optimizing electromagnetic and electrical designs, improving the cooling system, and refining the structural design, the M2QA series ensures an overall low noise level.
Additional winding protection: Winding protection accessories such as PTC thermistors, thermal switches, and anti-condensation heating tapes can be added upon customer request.
2. Mechanical Design
The fully enclosed, self-cooling design, combined with an IP55 protection rating and a heavy-duty construction, along with the use of highly corrosion-resistant cast iron materials, enables the M2QA series motors to perform reliably in a wide variety of environments. The motor’s mechanical structure is exceptionally robust, and motors with a center height of 280–355 mm are standardly equipped with drain holes and plugs.
Flexible lead-out cable directions. The motor junction box can be installed on the top, left, or right side of the motor, and the junction box itself can be mounted in a rotatable manner. For frame sizes 71–132, the junction box can be rotated in 4 × 90-degree orientations. For frame sizes 160 and above, the junction box can be rotated in 2 × 180-degree orientations.
The motor offers a variety of optional configurations to meet different environmental and application requirements, such as higher protection ratings, enhanced insulation levels, dustproof protection, sealing rings, rainproof devices, and more.

5. Voltage and Performance
The M2QA series motors feature a wide-voltage design: for motors with power ratings of 3 kW and below, the voltage range is 220–240 V / 380–420 V; for motors with power ratings of 4 kW and above, the voltage range is 380–420 V / 660–690 V, with a delta/star (△/Y) connection. Under various voltage conditions, the motor’s efficiency, power factor, and speed will vary slightly.
