How to maintain an ABB motor

1. Power-off maintenance: Before performing maintenance or servicing, you must ensure that the ABB motor has been completely de-energized. Confirm that the power switch is turned off and take appropriate safety precautions, such as wearing insulated gloves and using insulated tools.
2. Disassembly and Maintenance: According to the maintenance requirements, disassemble the corresponding components for cleaning, lubrication, replacement, and other operations. During disassembly, be careful not to damage any parts and follow the correct disassembly sequence to ensure smooth reassembly.
3. Reassembly and Reset: After maintenance is complete, reassemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly. During reassembly, be sure to check the tightness of each component to ensure the stability and reliability of the internal motor parts.
4. Power-on testing: After maintenance is complete, reconnect the power supply and check whether all motor functions—such as speed, rotation direction, and temperature—are operating normally. If any abnormalities are detected, promptly identify the cause and take appropriate corrective action.
