On August 28, we received an urgent repair assignment from Sinopec Changqing Refinery to overhaul a high-voltage motor. The highly challenging task of installing the ABB 500-kW explosion-proof high-voltage motor had to be completed within just 10 days! Time was tight and the task was daunting, but we were determined not to let down the trust and encouragement we’d received from Sinopec Southwest Bureau—and certainly not to disappoint the professional after-sales service team that Shanghai ABB Motor Co., Ltd. had painstakingly nurtured and developed over the years. This real-world test showcased our sincere teamwork and exceptional maintenance capabilities, as well as our tech-savvy, hardworking team that rose to the occasion with ingenuity and determination. To meet our customer’s needs and address the urgent requirements of Sinopec’s key projects, our engineers worked tirelessly day and night, meticulously repairing the equipment. After five days of intense effort, we not only completed the task ahead of schedule but also ensured that the motor equipment is now running smoothly.
